The Messenger is a service that delivers your words exactly as they were meant to be heard—through a real phone call. Whether it’s a joke, an inside scoop, or an urgent update, we make sure your message isn’t just another unread text. Simply type your message, choose when it should be delivered, and we’ll personally make the call. No robots, no AI—just real communication. Plus, you’ll receive an audio recording of the call along with the recipient’s reaction, so you never miss a moment.

Our Services

Basic – $5

Delivered within 3 business days of approval.
Perfect for casual notes, jokes, or anything that isn’t time-sensitive.

Scheduled – $10

Choose a specific date and time (at least 48 hours out).
Ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, or planned surprises.

ASAP – $20

Delivered within 24 hours of approval.
For urgent updates, last-minute laughs, or when timing matters most.

How it works:

1. Submit Your Message
Choose a message type, write what you want us to say, and provide the recipient’s number.

2. We Review & Approve It
Each message is personally reviewed to ensure it’s good to go. You’ll be notified when it’s approved.

3. We Make the Call
A real person (not a robot) delivers your message exactly how you intended.

4. You Get the Audio & Reaction
We send you a recording of the call—and the recipient’s reaction if they pick up.

FAQs

  • If the recipient doesn’t answer, our messenger will leave a voicemail letting them know they have a message from you (using your first name and last initial). We’ll try again the next day, and if there’s still no answer, we’ll leave the message in their inbox. They’ll get it no matter what!

  • Recipients will receive a text message ahead of the call notifying them that they are being sent a message from “someone they know” and will be instructed to save the number so as to not miss the call.

  • Absolutely. We use trusted services like Squarespace, PayPal, and Twilio to process your submissions securely. We never sell or share your data.

  • Yes, calls are recorded so you can receive a copy. By using The Messenger, you agree to this and accept full responsibility for complying with local recording laws.

Welcome to The Messenger, a personalized phone call service. By using our service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Overview

The Messenger allows users to submit messages that are delivered via a real phone call by a live human. Users select from three delivery options:

Basic Message – Delivered within 3 business days of approval.

Scheduled Message – Delivered at a chosen time (at least 2 business days out)

ASAP Message – Delivered within 24 hours of approval.

2. User Responsibilities

By submitting a message, you affirm that:

You are 18 or older (or have consent from a parent/guardian).

You have permission to provide the recipient’s phone number.

Your message does not include hate speech, harassment, threats, or illegal content.

You understand and accept responsibility for compliance with applicable one-party or two-party consent laws regarding call recordings. California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Washington are two-party consent states so the sender must acquire permission from the recipient before sending a message. The sender accepts liability for any consent issues.

3. Approval & Delivery Process

All messages are reviewed before delivery.

The Messenger reserves the right to reject and refund any message that does not meet our standards.

If the recipient does not answer, we will:

Leave a brief voicemail stating they have a message from you (first name, last initial),

Attempt the call again the next business day,

Leave the full message in voicemail if unanswered again.

Once the message has been attempted twice and voicemail left, the service is considered complete.

4. Recording & Delivery Confirmation

All calls may be recorded.

You (the sender) will receive a copy of the recording and, when possible, the recipient’s reaction.

You are responsible for ensuring that call recording is legal in the recipient’s location.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

Payments are collected upon form submission via PayPal.

If your message is rejected during review, you will receive a full refund.

Once a message is approved and delivered or attempted, it is non-refundable.

6. Privacy & Data Security

The Messenger uses trusted third-party services (Squarespace, Typeform, Zapier, Twilio, and PayPal) to handle form submissions, messaging, and payments.

We do not sell or share your data.

Sensitive customer information is protected using standard industry practices.

7. Limitation of Liability

By using The Messenger, you agree that:

We are not liable for how the recipient reacts to your message.

We are not responsible for any legal outcomes resulting from your submitted content.

We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control (e.g., recipient not answering, phone service outages, spam blockers).

8. Modifications to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
